UnderlimitSoft ("we", "us", "our") operates the Parolix mobile word game ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

By using Parolix, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. If you play as a guest, we generate an anonymous identifier.
• Game progress: Completed levels, coins earned, achievements unlocked, and Pro subscription status.
• Device and crash data: Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs collected through Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising identifier: Your device advertising ID, used by AppLovin MAX to serve ads.
• Purchase history: Records of in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing.

How We Use Your Information

• To save and synchronize your game progress across devices.
• To process in-app purchases and manage your Pro subscription.
• To display personalized advertisements (free tier only).
• To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party providers, each operating under their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In — authentication and account management.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reporting and diagnostics.
• AppLovin MAX — ad mediation and delivery.
• Google Play Billing — payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Offline Functionality

Parolix works offline. Your game data is stored locally on your device and synchronized with our servers when an internet connection becomes available.

Children's Privacy

Parolix is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open Parolix and go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
2. Tap "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected].

What will be deleted: your profile (name, email), game progress, coins, achievements, and all device data.

What may be retained: purchase transaction records (up to 180 days, as required by Google Play) and anonymized analytics data.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Google Play Store. Data deletion is completed within 30 days.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
